A video call booking link will be sent once I have been sent your details, along with a questionnaire and contract, which must be signed in advance of the initial call to enable the Coaching sessions to commence.

Hello, I’m Lisa, a Holistic Life & Wellbeing Coach helping women to cultivate calm and restore balance in their lives so they can blossom into their best selves.

Life can feel pretty hectic at times and if sustained over a long period of time, it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, off-balance, unfulfilled and stuck.
Through coaching, I provide a nurturing and supportive environment for you to thrive in and restore your inner harmony.
Transformation is easier when you have emotional support, guidance and encouragement and does not have to involve radical changes.
I help you get clear on what what restoring the balance looks like for you, and facilitate your transformation through a series of small and consistent action steps, that are in alignment with you and your vision.
You'll discover your values and strengths and learn how to use these to your advantage, enabling you to accomplish things you may previously have felt unable, whilst boosting self confidence.

- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
