My 1:1 EFT Tapping Sessions for Kids are designed with your child's well-being at the forefront.
We create a safe, supportive, and nurturing space where your child can explore their emotions and build resilience.
What to Expect:
Individualised Approach: Each session is tailored to your child's unique needs and challenges.
Emotional Expression: I encourage your child to express their feelings openly and without judgment.
Gentle Techniques: EFT tapping involves gentle tapping on specific points, making it a non-invasive and comfortable process for children.
Empowerment: Your child will learn how to manage stress, anxiety, anger, and other emotions, gaining a sense of control over their inner world.
Self-Compassion: We nurture self-compassion, teaching your child to embrace themselves with kindness and love.
Sessions are run remotely or in my treatment room. You will be accompanying your child to the session.
Ahead of the session, a questionnaire needs to be populated with any relevant information to support the session. Our time together is not just about addressing immediate challenges; they're an investment in your child's lifelong emotional well-being.

Duration: 3 x 45min sessions
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
