- Completely Customised: I’ll tailor the yoga postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) specifically to your needs, ensuring you get the most out of our time together.
- Mood Check-In: We’ll start by using a simple mood tracker to check in with how you’re feeling, and see if anything shifts during the session.
- Focused Support: You’ll have my full attention throughout, allowing us to move at your own pace, making sure you feel supported, comfortable, and nurtured.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
