About this therapy
In my meditation sessions, you'll embark on a journey to inner calm, clarity, and renewed energy through guided practices designed to enhance mindfulness, relaxation, and stress relief.
Each session incorporates various techniques such as mindfulness meditation, visualisation, and breath awareness to help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions are crafted to support mental well-being, improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of peace and balance in your daily life.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
