About this therapy
Hypno-Meditation is a unique blend of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and meditation, offering a powerful approach to relieving stress and anxiety. In this 45-minute guided session, you will experience meditation combined with RTT techniques, designed to promote profound mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. This session will help you develop long-term, effective coping mechanisms, enabling you to remain calm and balanced whenever you feel overwhelmed.
Eve is an accredited RTT practitioner and hypnotherapist trained by Marisa Peer, with a background in coaching and positive psychology from Oxford University and Stanford. She is the founder of a mental health and wellness space with a mission to guide you through a transformative journey to help you break free from your struggles and step into your power.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
