About this therapy
In my Vinyasa Yoga class, you'll experience a dynamic flow of poses that are seamlessly linked with your breath. Each session is thoughtfully designed to create a balance between strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
The sequences vary from class to class, offering a mix of gentle stretches and challenging postures, allowing you to explore movement in a creative and energising way. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class will help you build physical endurance while cultivating a deep connection between mind and body.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
