About this therapy
1:1 Yoga - 2 Sessions
These sessions are suitable for all levels, including those new to the practice of Yoga.
I teach a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga to help you find a connection to yourself. Sessions are adapted to suit all needs and my aim is that you leave this yoga session relaxed, calm and grounded.
My aim is that you will gain a sense of calm, grounding and balance from your session.
These sessions are ideal for those who do not feel comfortable in classes, are working to a specific goal or would prefer a more tailored yoga session.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
