The session commences with 17 minutes of soothing breathwork aimed at creating a serene environment. This phase includes resonant breathing to warm up the lungs, gradually transitioning into a structured 4-2-6 breathing pattern for four minutes. This pattern is particularly effective in stabilizing the breath and preparing the mind for deeper emotional work.

Following this, participants engage in around 5:30 minutes of box breathing. This technique helps to dissipate any anxiety or overwhelm that may arise from confronting deep-seated grief and loss.
