About this therapy
Three in-person transformative art workshops (3 sessions):
- The “Meditation through art” workshop, where in a safe and non-judgmental space, you connect to your inner-self by making art. Catherine takes you through movements and meditation for your soul’s benefit, to remove any stagnant energy and return to a state of natural freedom and authenticity so you can then trust your hand to draw what you need to see on the paper.
- The “Intuitive Art” workshop with colour meditation, where Catherine leads you on meditative journeys exploring the significance of colours, delving into their personal meanings and facilitating a deeper connection to self.
- The “Neuroart” workshop which embraces the fusion of art and neuroscience to reframe and transform limiting beliefs, unlocking boundless potential through visual expression.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
