Woodland meditation - quiet your mind and tune into your inner wisdom 

Reiki healing session - experience the therapeutic healing of Reiki in the forest

Finally, craft and create your own tree of life macrame to take home and enjoy.

What to bring:

🪻 A reusable travel mug (for hot drinks)
🌼 Bottle of water (refills will be available)
🌷 Sensible walking shoes/trainers or wellies
🌻 An old blanket/yoga mat to lie on during the Reiki healing and meditation session
🌹 A journal/pad of paper and a pen
🪻 Suitable clothes for the woods (plenty of warm layers) and a raincoat if wet weather

A nourishing ploughmans style/picnic lunch will be provided along with a selection of herbal teas available throughout the day. Please let me know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. If you would prefer to bring your lunch, you are very welcome.

Little Elses is a glamping site nestled in the heart of the glorious Kent countryside in the hamlet of Weald, just outside Sevenoaks. The entrance to Little Elses is directly opposite Giacomo’s Ristorante Italiano - if you go passed this, you’ve gone too far.
