120 minute individual cacao ceremony with guided shamanic journey or sound bath.
Come and enjoy a blissful journey with ceremonial cacao, a beautiful heart opening plant medicine which encourages you to drop deeply into your body and honour the yin energy of rest and receiving, healing and integration. This can be combined with a dreamy and transformational sound bath with Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes and natural percussion. Or a shamanic journey to the lower world to meet your power animal.
Please note that ceremonial cacao is not suitable for people on anti-depressants or with heart conditions/medications or anyone who is on chemo/radiotherapy or seriously unwell.

With offerings from sound and energy healing to micro-massage, cacao ceremonies and both active and guided meditations, I relish the opportunity to co-create something with you. I’m based in the beautiful north Dorset countryside, in the market town of Sherborne. I am happy to travel within a reasonable distance and am happy to offer group work in the form of sound baths, cacao ceremonies and meditations.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
