TRE was developed by David Berceli, PhD, in response to a client who said the above.

I teach a course over four one-on-one sessions by appointment, and I warmly invite you to a complimentary, no-obligation chat to explore how TRE can support you.
However, if you 'just' want to experience TRE in one session, that's possible, too. 

Let's start this journey together.

  • In your first TRE session you'll learn the basics and get familiar with the tremoring sensation
  • In lessons two and three you'll gain more shaking confidence 
  • In lesson four (after a month's break) I will observe your development and introduce interventions for you to get the most out of your practice

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).

Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
