About this therapy
Come join Dara Dorsman, a 650hr trained yoga instructor for one of her creative yoga flows; varying from a Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket or Yin class.
Dara grew up in between Holland, UK and Spain and has always found that yoga has kept her grounded in the midst of travelling from a young age which she hopes to inspire and share with others. Dara's classes are catered for beginner to intermediate students with options to suit whichever level works for you and your body. Dara believes in providing a safe space that encourages people to listen to what is going on within their bodies and allow that to instruct the level of class rather than what the student thinks the pose should look like, you might hear Dara say "I am only your guide, your body is your teacher, try to listen to what you need'.
Pick which ever class suits you energetically from either the comfort of your own home.
For Online classes there will be a zoom link provided.
Tuesday's at 1pm UK time- Power Hour Vinyasa flow
Thursday's at 9am UK time - Mandala Flow
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
