About this therapy
Is a typical hour yoga class at your local studio too long? Want to practice in the comfort of your own home with an attentive teacher? Why not book yourself the convenience of an online priced-per-minute session?I work with all experience levels encouraging a beginner's mind to discover a slower, more mindful and internally-focused movement practice.
Choose any length of session from a quick 20-minute practice to a full 70-minute “full treatment”. Personalized and attentive guidance and demonstration. Can include gentle asana, chi gong, breathwork, and meditation according to your wishes and needs. Record your session for additional practice (personal use only).
All sessions delivered on Zoom (free to download). Please set up your camera, microphone, and space in advance of our session to avoid needing to spend time on technical adjustments. Suggested props to have on hand: 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, blanket(s), bolster, wall space, chairOptional props: weighted items, blindfold, essential oils.

- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
