This package offers you five quick and effective 25 minute classes meticulously designed to alleviate back pain. 

For optimal results, I recommend engaging in these classes consecutively over five days. I designed the classes to fit seamlessly into your schedule, offering flexible booking times and requiring just 25 minutes of your day. 

But how exactly does yoga help relieve back pain?

By employing tailored postures and movements in your practice, you can release tension in key muscle groups in the back as well as other areas of the body that can directly impact back health, including the legs and hips. This release will alleviate stiffness and discomfort in your back muscles and enhance flexibility in the spine. These targeted postures and movements can also reduce the risk of future injury and improve overall mobility.

In addition to these benefits, my sessions prioritise gentle yet targeted core muscle engagement and back strengthening exercises. These exercises are instrumental in enhancing posture and providing essential support to the spine, ultimately reducing strain and discomfort.

Moreover, I have a holistic approach to my classes which extends to addressing the relationship between stress, tension, and back pain. Through the integration of short breathing techniques and relaxation exercises, I strive to cultivate a sense of calm and reduce stress levels. This comprehensive approach not only promotes emotional well-being but also indirectly alleviates back pain by addressing its underlying causes.

NOTE: I understand that individual needs vary. Through your communication and feedback, I can adapt/adjust each movement and posture to cater to your specific requirements. As a yoga teacher, your comfort is my top priority throughout this journey.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
