About this therapy
Crystals emit energy that work in harmony with our energy to help realign us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. During your healing session you will lay down comfortably and crystals will be placed on and maybe around your body. While this process is taking place you may feel anything from deep relaxation to being wide awake and energised, try and relax into the process if you can, after all, it is not often we get to focus on ourselves and switch off to everyday life!
During the treatment you may feel a range of emotions and/or physical sensations in your body, all of this is normal while the crystals are working to release blocked energy within your body. You may not feel anything straight away and that is normal too, be assured that the healing you receive will be working wherever your body needs it most; even if it is not initially where you think you need it.
Reiki uses life force universal energy and we are merely a channel to guide this energy to aid in your healing. We have been attuned and trained in directing this universal energy through our hands to your main chakras (energy centres) in order to achieve healing and alignment throughout your physical and spiritual body.
As with Crystal Healing, you may experience a range of emotions, thoughts, feelings, have visions (see things in your mind’s eye) or you may find that you go into a deep state of relaxation, this is all completely normal. You may not feel anything straight away and that is normal too; be assured though that the healing you receive will be working wherever your body needs it most, even if it is not initially where you think you need it.
One treatment is approximately 90 minutes long, please allow 2 hours
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
