About this therapy

The Celestial Circle - transformational six month mind, body & spiritual health coaching program for a profound shift in becoming the person you are here to be.

This is an online small group program that uses the I.D.E.A.L+ method that is proven to achieve your fullest change, development & growth by focusing on your full self.

There are weekly calls of one hour (alternating between taught themes and coaching for maximum support in your embodiment of the taught themes), with 1:1 coaching; 1:1 birth chart reading; 1:1 orientation call; community and accountability and access to a library of resources including: Bespoke Clarity & Perspective Planner & Journal; Procrastination & Task Tracker; Meditations to combat fears and procrastination; Passion, Purpose & Power Map; Divine Goddess journal prompts; Empowerment Map - your journal & planner to capture the spiritual, emotional, and physical tools to support your path to achieving your dreams and desires; Bespoke action planner & detailed steps to success; Lunar cycle ‘Intentions & Surrender’ rituals journal; Reflections & Gratitude Journal; Spiritual Guide For Growth Journal; Letter to future self workshop & template; Self-accountability tracker. There is also an optional - Reset Retreat at the end of the program.

This therapy is available 7 days a week (subject to practitioner availability).

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
