Helena has a holistic approach to music, and sees it as sound therapy.

Having come from a family of trained opera singers, she is a third generational singer, carrying the quantum torch of a musical legacy forward in this lifetime.

As a singer and songwriter of many years she has been fortunate to have worked with an array of talent, including Seal, Roachford and Errol Brown; collaborating with the West India company where she also wrote and sang back up for renowned Bollywood stars, including Hariharan - Daler Mehndi, Asha Bhosle, and stretching genres even further to include The Mission, and many other known Pop, Dance, and Rock acts.

Her unique experience and vocal style have led her to quantify the importance of sound and its ability to alter mood and emotion, which in turn initiates ways of healing oneself and others through the medium of Sound Frequencies generated by the voice, and sacred instrumental tones.

Helena is a fully insured qualified therapist in the following healing modalities:

Meridian Psychotherapy

Past life Regression therapy ( including hypnotherapy)

She is also trained in the Art of Sound Healing and facilitates regular events using her experience and skills of Meditaion & Sound including Emotional Freedom teqhnique which she frequently uses in her Workshops as part of her “Sing Yourself Happy “ Program..

Helena is an accomplished user of Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls, Chalices and other sacred instruments, and together with her Ethereal Sacred Voice and the use of Vocal toning she can gently help to bring one back into cohesion with ones Soul essence and connecting you back to your Heart’s true Song…

Hi there I am Sarah Louise, I had a spiritual awakening in
2010 and since then have been on a never ending journey
of self development and personal growth. I had previouslybeen working as a fashion photographer shooting for high end publications, I had just started getting my first big campaigns when I began to feel a real misalignment with what I was doing versus the journey I was on. It was initially hard to leave photography because everyone told me I shouldn’t and it had taken me so long to get to where I was it seemed crazy to quit.

In 2016 I received a prompt from my higher self to go out
and buy some art materials and start paitning. I bought
some paints and inks and sketchbooks and became
obesessed getting up at 7 am and painting often till 1 am in
the morning. I feel this was a big time in developing my
style. My art comes from visions and chanelled messages
with a big focus on inner and outer duality, starseeds and
life in other realms and dimensions. Most of my initialspiritual journey was heavily focused around twin flames and spiritual relationships. Over time this expanded into me coming to the realisation that the journey was far more about the relationship to self than it was anything outside ourselves.

I also have a travel channel as I love travelling and
exploring as well as making subliminals :)

I have learnt to lean into my desire to always be working
on multiple things and believe in Following our
HIGHEST JOY in each moment.
