About this therapy
Five breathing training sessions.
My breathwork is in effect retraining individuals and small groups to breath as nature intended. It involves learning to breathe the nose only and to engage the diaphragm.
You see the mouth was not intended to be part of your respiratory system and using the mouth as such leads to many physical and mental ailments and health challenges. In short, the mouth is for eating. drinking and communicating and I help you rewire your neural pathways and reset your breathing receptors in your brain to achieve healthy and optimal breathing. There are many reasons why 40% of humans have lost the art of breathing well but we can correct the poor patterns even if we picked them from birth.
I help clients with anxiety, panic attack, poor sleep. snoring, sleep apnoea, long-covid, asthma, improve concentration & focus and improve cognitive and physical performance.
I work with individuals, schools including teachers and children, charities and corporate clients. I work face to face, online and where appropriate spend time outside and in nature.
Following a free initial 15 minutes telephone conversation, I will assess your breathing patterns and monitor your key measures. Then develop a personalised series of one-to-one sessions to improve your breathing and address your specific health challenges.
Good breathing helps to alleviate both physical and mental challenges by regulating your autonomic nervous system. I can help with a range of health challenges including anxiety, panic attacks, snoring, sleep apnoea, asthma and a range of specific age-related ailments related to men, women and children,
The first session duration will be 75minutes and subsequent sessions 60 minutes.
