A deeply supportive 90-minute experience combining spiritual empowerment coaching with Usui Reiki to support greater clarity, self-trust and positive change.

We begin by exploring where you are now, what may be keeping you feeling stuck or disconnected, and what you would like to change. Through guided reflection and empowering conversation, you’ll have space to reconnect with what truly matters to you and identify a meaningful way forward.

The session then transitions into Usui Reiki, providing a peaceful opportunity to slow down, relax and reconnect with yourself.

Ideal if you’re navigating change, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or simply know that you’re ready for something to shift.

What to expect

Your session begins with a relaxed check-in and conversation about what you would most like support with.

We’ll then move into focused AWAKEN empowerment coaching, using reflective questions and guided exercises to explore your current situation, recognise patterns and gain greater clarity around your next steps.

This is followed by approximately 30 minutes of Usui Reiki, allowing you time to become still and deeply relax after the coaching work.

We finish by gently reflecting on your experience, capturing any important insights and identifying one realistic action or intention to take forward.

No previous experience of coaching or Reiki is needed.
