Michelle Hadden

I’m Michelle Hadden, Spiritual Empowerment Coach, Usui Reiki Practitioner and founder of Hadden Healing. I support people who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves or ready for positive change to reconnect with their inner strength, build greater self-belief and move forward with clarity and purpose.

My signature service, AWAKEN, is a 60-minute spiritual empowerment and personal transformation session designed to help you explore where you are now, identify what may be holding you back and reconnect with the strengths, possibilities and answers already within you. AWAKEN is primarily delivered online, allowing me to work with clients throughout the UK.

Alongside AWAKEN, I offer Usui Reiki as a separate treatment for those seeking relaxation, reconnection and holistic wellbeing. In-person Reiki is available in Edenbridge, Kent, with distance Reiki also available. For clients who would like both approaches, I also offer AWAKEN + Reiki as a deeper combined experience.

My approach is warm, supportive and empowering. I believe meaningful change begins within, and my work is centred around helping people recognise their own potential rather than telling them who they should be or what they should do. This philosophy also inspired my book, The Power Within.

Whether you come to Hadden Healing for personal transformation through AWAKEN or for the restorative experience of Reiki, my intention is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can reconnect, realign and move forward feeling more empowered.
