Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available subject to practitioner availability.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.

I learnt what to eat to improve my energy levels, with the added bonus of weight loss, energy and feeling full was probably my biggest area I wanted to get to grips with.
