In this focused 60-minute session, we’ll work together to:
Talk through your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so I can understand your unique situation.
Explore the changes happening in your body and how they may be affecting your energy, mood, sleep, and weight.
Identify small but powerful adjustments you can make straight away in areas such as movement, nutrition, stress management, and daily routines.
Provide practical, realistic tips to help balance your hormones and boost your well-being.
Answer your questions and give you the clarity you’ve been looking for.
You’ll leave with:
A personalised action plan you can put into place immediately.
A renewed sense of motivation and direction.
Simple strategies that fit into your life — not the other way around.
The Thrive Kickstart is perfect if you’re feeling stuck, unsure where to start, or just need a confidence boost to take that first step towards thriving in midlife and beyond.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available subject to practitioner availability.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.

I learnt what to eat to improve my energy levels, with the added bonus of weight loss, energy and feeling full was probably my biggest area I wanted to get to grips with. Jo's weekly speakers were so interesting and gave me a different way of thinking about things.
