About this therapy
Reflexology/Reiki - This is a really lovely combination treatment.
Once I have you comfortable I will start with the Reflexology. I like to think of this as a full body massage through the feet. I use a fairly firm pressure so if you are concerned about ticklish feet don’t be.
I have not had a problem as yet .. yes I know there is always a first!! Hot towels are used to wipe the feet over beforehand and to finish just to remove any oil to prevent you slipping. In between the Reflexology and the foot massage to end I will carry out a 30 minute Reiki session. It is such a lovely way to incorporate 2 very relaxing holistic therapies and can also be a nice “taster” session of Reiki for those interested to learn what its all about.
