About Sally Diamond
Calm, supportive therapies for deep rest and reconnection.
Learn more about the practitioner’s approach, session style and the kind of support available.
I am a qualified sports massage and holistic therapist and have been practicing for nearly 20 years.
By nature I have a passion and desire to help others, partly from my own experiences of surgery that have required rehab and a determination to get back to as normal a life as possible. I understand the feelings of being mentally and physically tired from what life has thrown at me thus far and have learned that holistic therapies and meditation whether on your own or guided can be a great help.
I love a hands on approach. Just a gentle touch can relieve so much in terms of emotions and tensions.
The holistic approach for me is that if you can put the mind and body into a good place the body will have a better chance to help itself.

This was probably the best massage treatment I’ve ever had. Sally is a highly skilled lady. She was brilliant and so nice and friendly as well. The pressure applied was perfect and I felt great and so relaxed afterwards.
Just had the most amazing back massage and facial with Sally. She is so lovely and the massage was so incredibly relaxing. Sally really took her time and I loved every minute! Thank you so much ☺️ I will definitely be back !! xx
