Reiki Selfcare Experience- 4 sessions
Reiki is a form of self care which supports our holistic wellbeing, and is a way to bring some much needed balance and calm into our busy lives.
Throughout your session you will be guided into a restful and tranquil state using the gentle, yet powerful, healing energy of Reiki, sound and meditation. Each session will restore balance, promote a sense of calm between the body and mind, as well as reducing feelings of overwhelm and anxiety.
This non-invasive practice promotes the natural flow of energy throughout the body and energy field, focusing on healing each layer (Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). It also works to unblock and balance the Chakra system and energy points found throughout the body and bring these areas into alignment, creating a sense of harmony to mind, body and spirit.
There are so many wonderful benefits in experiencing Reiki, including relief of stress and tension, it can help improve confidence and self esteem, promote better sleep, ease anxiety, enhance overall mood as well as ease areas of pain and discomfort.
My aim is that you will leave your session feeling relaxed and renewed.
Your sessions are completely bespoke to your individual needs and can be carried out in person or remotely, and I am happy to discuss this with you before your booking. Please confirm on booking whether you require an in person or distance session.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available subject to practitioner availability.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
