About this therapy

3 hour group Yoga Event for Blissful Relaxation (morning, afternoon or evening) for you and three friends in the comfort of your home.

Your event will include a Meditation to Let Go, a Breath Practice to calm and soothe the nervous system, a fully-supported and deeply restful Restorative Yoga Practice to relieve physical, mental and emotional stress, and a Guided Full Body Relaxation (Yoga Nidra) to promote the most profound state of deep relaxation.
