Chi Nei Tsang abdomen area massage from the Ancient Taoist tradition.
Humans often develop energy blockages in their organs that result in knots and tangles in their abdomen and constrict the flow of Chi energy – human’s life force. The negative emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, depression and worry cause the most damage, as well as overwork, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food and bad posture.
The massage is done on the floor and this is a hands on session with oil. Deep pressure on certain points activates the blood flow towards internal organs massaging them. It focuses on abdomen and chest area.
It starts from Chakras cleansing and charging and finishes with Tibetan singing bowl meditation for total relaxation and some Reiki as a bonus.
In the end of the energy healing session you will be advised what food to use to stimulate your emotional well-being and what colours could balance your Chakras.
It is not suitable for people with fever and cancer and for women during the periods or pregnancy.
Do not eat at least 1,5 hours before the massage.
