I'm Cass a Reiki practitioner based in East London, offering one-to-one sessions and distance healing. I discovered Reiki during a pivotal time in my life, when I was struggling with a long-standing emotional blockage and stress. A friend introduced me to Reiki, and it transformed my life. This experience inspired me to learn Reiki and support others, whether they are facing similar or different challenges. My sessions are open to anyone and are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs, ensuring a personalised approach to healing. Reiki is not just a job for me, but a true pleasure. I find joy in helping people, especially when they leave my studio feeling lighter, more balanced, and in a much better place.
