Charlotte Simmons

I'm Charlotte Simmons and I've been on a long journey of self-discovery. I launched my first business when I was just 23 years old, raised money through crowdfunding and got accepted onto a business accelerator. I then spent the next 10 years working with fast-growing technology startups helping them with their marketing strategy and community growth.

I went freelance in 2020 during lockdown and spent two years building up my marketing business but I also had two young kids and I ended up burnt out and lost. I'd forgotten about what I was truly passionate about and what kind of work really lights me up.

I started working with a Business / Life coach and a few months later I met a Shaman / Spiritual Mentor and started working with her too. These two mentors helped me to peel back all my layers and reconnect with who I was before I was a business owner and a mother.

I remembered who I was, and this re-connection helped my business to evolve and flourish in ways I couldn't have imagined.

I completed a 400 + hour training course in Breathwork Facilitation and Sound Healing which took my business to a whole new level.

I offer 1-2-1 Breathwork, Sound Healing and Reiki sessions and also in person group sessions in London.

I've also developed a unique coaching framework which combines coaching, breathwork and sound healing to help my clients transform their lives and their businesses.
