Kerry and Declan are primarily interested in functional movement and mental wellbeing. Learning how to live better, to go beyond just coping with life and all it throws at us. They take a holistic approach, encompassing whole body and mind, from our fingers to our toes.
They consider mental strength, agility, flexibility as important as our physical capabilities. Understanding how and why we react with our environment, our ability to deal with highs and lows, big events as well as the everyday. Building resilience, recognising where we are physically and emotionally, and choosing the right tools to return to equilibrium.
Having both qualified as level 4 diploma teachers with The British Wheel of Yoga, they have since gone on to integrate many other influences from ancient traditions such as Tai Chi and Qi Gong to more modern approaches like Scaravelli and
