I offer personalised reflexology treatments in a beautiful, relaxing treatment room in the lovely West Sussex village, of Hurstpierpoint near the South Downs. You can experience deep relaxation through reflexology working on specific reflex points on your feet to help you recharge your mind and body so you can perform in a better way in your day to day life.
Reflexology works to ‘reboot' you, like turning a computer on and off. This deeply effective treatment manages to switch you over into such a relaxed state that your mind and body can get back it’s natural equilibrium and balance leaving you to feel refreshed, re-energised and a great deal more at ease.
I qualified in 2019 with a Level 3 Professional Diploma in Reflexology from the Brighton School of Massage (accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists) and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists. I specialise in helping with peri-menopausal & menopausal symptoms, digestive issues, headaches, stress & anxiety, sleep issues and general well being and health.

The most amazing facial I've ever had! I was feeling somewhat frazzled when I arrived but after an hour with Jane, I felt as if I'd had a total reset! Jane provides a beautiful zen space, works magic with her hands and uses divine organic products that left my skin looking and feeling amazing! I've already booked in for my next session and can't wait!
I've had feet and face reflexology at Reboot. Both are wonderful! So calming and relaxing in a really tranquil, cosy space. I never want the treatments to end! Jane is really attentive to whatever is going on in my life and I always leave feeling like things have been 'reset'.
I absolutely loved my foot reflexology session with Jane, it was wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does! It takes place in her lovely calming treatment room which adds to the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. A real treat!
