Hi, I’m Karina Rook, and as an Holistic Success Coach, Motivational Speaker and Astrologer I empower burned-out professional women to reclaim their best mind, body & spiritual health so that they can live the life they were called for - with freedom, abundance and fulfilment.
I help women rekindle their passion, purpose and power without compromising their true selves and lead a life they LOVE..

I have always revelled in exploring new domains and fending off arbitrary constraints and the trappings of a closed mind. I experienced my own spiritual awakening and help others step towards their highest self. Written in the stars, I was destined to break away from the corporate life I had known for over two decades including 10 years in the C-Suite and become the founder of The Celestial Coaching Company.

My values guide me to serve my clients to achieve their highest potential. They are:
Freedom to be human: life is better celebrating & leaning into what makes us beautiful beings;
Focus on the whole: silo’s don’t work. Success comes from an holistic, connected, joining dots and an ‘and’ not an ‘or’ approach.
We are all made of stardust: yes, it’s an appreciation of the cosmos & beyond; but also that I believe everyone has something within them that can, and should shine brilliantly - illuminating, radiant and vibrant.

Rooted in both science and spirituality, I've embraced the 'and' philosophy: merging diverse realms to create powerful change. My qualifications span biology, business, nutrition, mental health, mindfulness, and coaching, woven with 24+ years of empowering individuals, teams, and businesses.
