Just wanted to say a big thank you for today’s workshop as I thoroughly enjoyed it. Leanne had a particularly calming voice and a lovely gentle practice which was really soothing and calming especially if you have a racing mind like mine. As for the dynamic meditation, I absolutely loved it. Also loved the aromatherapy part of the workshop as it is a particular interest of mine. So all in all it was a very fulfilling experience and I am sure I will be attending other workshops in the future.
