Welcome! I am a fully qualified Usui Reiki Master & Practitioner for 10 years.
Do you ever feel in need of an energy boost or just take some time for yourself to relax, breathe and just be? We get so busy with life that we do not realise the effect on our mind and bodies.
Reiki is simply the "Life Force" energy we use to bring balance and give physical, spiritual, mental and emotional healing. It is a very gentle and non-invasive treatment which has so many benefits such as calming the mind, calming anxiety, ease stress and tension, aid sleep, deep relaxation and promote your well-being and better general health.
