Hi, I'm Marie, founder of BreatheWell MCR.
I am a certified functional breathing instructore with The Oxygen Advantage and a conscious connected breathwork facilitator with Integrative Breath.
My passion is to teach people the power of the breath and to become empowered to use the breath to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
I have worked for over a decade in mental health services as well as addiction services and i am trauma informed.
I run regular group breathing classes in the Manchester area as well as offering one to one sessions.
