Martina Saorin is an E-RYT certified yoga teacher, specialised in Hatha Yoga as well as being an Advanced Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher, a Level 3 Reiki Master and a Sound therapist Practitioner based in London, UK.
Her journey with sound began with Don Conreaux and the Tone of Life in Poland, where she attended a 9 days intensive Gong and Sound therapy training in July 2015. She studied Sound Therapy with the British Academy of Sound therapy (BAST) in UK and she is a fully qualified as practitioner since April 2020.
She offers one to one treatment, besides hosting regular group sessions all around London and beyond.
She had been a resident sound facilitator at the Somerset House from October 2018 to January 2020, played at the Royal Albert Hall for UnDisturbed festival in April 2019, she played the Gongs at Glastonbury Festival for Humblewell Healing Area in June 2019 and she returned this year to run regular sound immersions, June 2023.
In 2018 she founded “Yogic Sound”, which combines yoga (mainly Hatha/ Yin/Restorative) with the transformative power of the Gongs and Himalayan and Crystal Singing bowls, with the intention of bringing the body back to its natural state of balance and harmony.
Martina has always been strongly believed in the power of the sound and Yoga as healing tools to restore balance, harmony and wellbeing in the whole body, through the principle that everything in life is in a state of vibration.
