She has also dedicated herself to studying female anatomy, cyclical living, and is a qualified Hormone Yoga Therapist (trained by Dinah Rodriguez) Additionally, Mika is an IIN hormone health coach, guiding women through lifestyle adaptations to achieve homeostasis.
Mika is 42 years old and lives on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand.
