My business is your wellness and self-care. In this world of incessant busy-ness, I create a space for you to drop out of that and to submerge yourself in deep relaxation. An opportunity to pause as you detoxify from the chronic stressors of life and re-connect with your inner tranquility and knowing. Allowing this process restores immunity, promotes equilibrium, elevates your vibrancy and nurtures self-healing. Come and calm the inner storms and allow me to guide you to serenity.
As a holistic therapist with many years of experience I love to conceive a unique package tailored to your individual requirements. With offerings from sound and energy healing to micro-massage, cacao ceremonies and both active and guided meditations, I relish the opportunity to co-create something with you.
I’m based in the beautiful north Dorset countryside, in the market town of Sherborne. I am happy to travel within a reasonable distance and am happy to offer group work in the form of sound baths, cacao ceremonies and meditations.
