I work with children ( 8-18 yrs old) young people in University, parents and families who are finding ways to navigate difficult challenges in their life.
My training is in Social work, and systemic constellations, I bring 17 plus years of experience across the spectrum of growing up challenges for children, family/systemic problems, parenting challenges and personal development.
My coaching is based on solution focused approach and I'm receiving training in family/systemic constellations and have started to offer 121 service in systemic constellations.
The way I like to work is :
An initial conversation to get an overview of the problems and work out how to meet client needs.
A coaching session, either 121 or including parent and child - depending on the needs of the situation.
The duration of work with me can depend on the needs of the client , some need 1 and others need 6 or more.
