My session with Steph was incredibly relaxing. The moment I stepped into the room I felt all my stresses evaporate. It was gentle, calming and I felt she intuitively knew- and felt- the parts of me that most needed attention. I’d recommend 100 per cent.
Steph really knows her stuff. She performed distance reiki for me, and I really did reap the benefits. A couple of things going on with me she picked up on, which just shows how connected she is. Very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend!
Steph has a very calming affect the moment you come into her presence. She is warm, welcoming and has been imbued with a very potent healing energy. When I received Reiki from her, I was able to feel a lot of energy emanating from her hands and into my body. She was able to tell me after what she felt whilst treating me, and this was good for finding out anything stuck within my body or areas that may need a little more help, and attention. I would hugely recommend treatments with Steph to pause, relax and come back into the body. The Little Reiki Shed is a peaceful haven away from the hectic world outside.
