What a wonderful experience... as a massage therapist myself, I always get myself a pamper session to treat myself... I definitely got that pampered evening.. Teresa is just amazing... she knew where my tension was and got to it straight away... my aches and pains were gone by the Teresa finished.... and also booked her in for reflexology wow.... she is truly amazing.... I am a perfectionist and find it very hard to find a good massage therapist but Teresa has definitely nailed it.... Definitely and highly recommend her.

Had my first reflexology experience with Teresa and was thrilled with the results. I suffer from insomnia and have tried many things to ease it, without success. Following my session I slept for over 8 hours that night which is unheard of for me and the nights that followed had much improvement in my usual sleep pattern. Teresa made the whole experience enjoyable, calming and relaxing. I could not recommend her highly enough.
