About Tillie Edwards

Calm, supportive therapies for deep rest and reconnection.

Learn more about the practitioner’s approach, session style and the kind of support available.

Tillie, Founder of The WellProject, is a certified sound healing practitioner and wellbeing advocate.

The first time experiencing a sound bath she felt a powerful, energetic shift. Feeling burnt out and misaligned in her corporate job, things became clear for the first time. She walked away from the job to build a life with purpose. Passionate and a natural caregiver, she now uses sound healing to help others, creating the space needed to heal and to grow.

She created The WellProject and The Well studio with intention and purpose. To share the different wellness tools available with others. To help improve mental health and general wellbeing amongst our communities.

A sound bath can be a very tranquil experience which can help to calm the nervous system, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.

Sound is also great for our physical health. It has been proven that by working with sound we can help to improve our sleep pattern, reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol. Sound can also help to ease chronic pain. And by being able to connect to ourselves, we can learn to listen to our body and take the steps needed to improve our general wellbeing.

Everything in the universe has its own frequency. We are living in a sea of energy. Through vibrational frequencies, we are all connected, and it's through sound we can strengthen our connection.

During a sound bath different instruments will be used to create a peaceful, meditative experience. The instruments may include gongs, tuning forks, singing crystal bowls, singing Himalayan bowls, chimes and cymbals. Each instrument has a different tone and frequency and will bring about different feelings and emotions.

Sound baths are suitable for most but please do not attend if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, severe mental illness or first trimester of pregnancy. If you are unsure, please seek advice from your doctor.
