About this therapy
Yoni Steam is a practice that consists of sitting on top of a container filled with hot water and plants and bathing the perineal area in the healing steam. It has been used in different traditional medicines for thousands of years like Ayurveda, Mayan, Chinese, African, and is an amazing tool for intimate wellness.
The consultation begins with a friendly questionnaire and a heart to heart discussion about your gynaecological history and current challenges and is followed by a guided Yoni Steam ritual, tailored to your needs.
In person, this transformative experience includes the nurturing herbs, and the practice on our very comfortable SteaMe™ chair.
You can also experience the practice from the comfort of your home online, for which you will need to arrange your own material (bucket + kitchen pot or bowl).
