Mindful Hatha Yoga (60 mins private)
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga primarily concerned with mastery of the body and pranayama (breathwork). Emily will help you explore how your body is feeling during each practice, which muscles may be holding and how to release and relax tension in the body. Her style is very mindful and helps students advance into their practice so they can move deeper into the poses.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available subject to practitioner availability.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
