1:1 Breathwork Sessions (12 Session Package)

““ An encouraging breathwork leader helped throughout the session. She explained and taught us about breathwork. I didn’t have high expectations before the session, so I let myself go. The atmosphere in the space was pleasant and calm. After the session, we shared our experiences. I felt calmer and less tense. I definitely recommend breathwork, which can reduce tension and stress. ” Barbara Jarni , Client”

““ I have had the incredible opportunity to have a few breathwork sessions, all with Iva, a very attentive and kind person with a pure soul. It’s definitely the best I’ve tried so far. All the sessions were incredible. The choice of music was made to my taste and state of mind; each piece made me feel and travel to different places in my subconscious. During the sessions I felt comfortable and heard, both during and afterwards. There are not enough words to express what breathwork makes you feel. The only way is to experience it for yourself. 100% recommended. ” Sarah Nkuba , Client”

““ Iva is a very kind and highly conscientious person, and that is the energy through which she delivers her service. Along with her lucid knowledge and great skills, she guides you into wonderful, healing places. Highly recommend! ” Thomas Simmonds , Client”
