The Menstrual Empowerment Coaching Programme is for you!

You’ll get six months of one of one guidance and support and you embark on your menstrual wellbeing journey. Together we’ll take up to five topics impacting you and your cycle and build the foundations that allow you to thrive, with time for feedback and accountability between sessions this is the ultimate empowerment programme.

Using a mixture of life and wellbeing coaching, NLP, habit change coaching, DISC and menstruality mentorship this holistic support provides a safe space to explore your current cycle experience and create a plan specific to get you to where you want to be in life.

This work is suitable for all menstrual cycle experiences at all stages of the menstrual life span.

This work is not intended to replace any medical advice, instead to work in conjunction with medical support.

Booking this session, you will receive an intake questionnaire to ensure your suitability for the service you have selected. A pre-programme work book with all the information you need to get you started and booking links for your sessions. After session one you will be given the information to keep in touch in between sessions and booking links for the following sessions. All sessions take place on Zoom.
