Consultation:
This is a one-off consultation. An in-depth assessment on your current wellness.
Your initial consultation with me will take a deep dive into your current issues, general health, medical history, diet, lifestyle factors, stress, sleep, exercise, medication and supplements as well as identify your health goals.
3 step dietary plan:
Personalised recipes and treatments. Constitution (dosha) analysis. Coaching and implementation.
One session is one hour. Includes 3 sessions.
