Ready for nurturing selfcare while feeling fully supported? Build resilience in these transformational times - step into a cocoon of light and find healing sanctuary within.
Sessions consist of still yoga poses and somatic stretches along with breathwork and meditation/visualization designed for recovery from all kinds of stress caused by physical, emotional or psychological injury.

What’s included
Your props such as bolsters, pillows, blocks and blankets fully support and “embrace” you by placing the body in a receptive state. While you relax, energy healing including Reiki adds to your total relaxation experience making it easy to deeply and safely surrender and let go of habitual physical stress, holding patterns, buried mental tension, and entrenched energetic blockages.
What to expect
What happens on the day?
Session take place over Zoom, which is free to download. Be sure to become familiar with the software in advance of our session to ensure our time is dedicated to your healing. Clients should be visible throughout the session. Feel free to grab an extra treats such as essential oils, a stuffed cuddly friend, or a blindfold.
