What to expect

You are held in a calm, private studio in a quintessential farmyard setting, allowing healing energy to flow through your physical and energetic bodies, with gentle hand placements over key energy centres (chakras) to encourage balance, flow and integration. You may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep sense of peace.

Depending on what your system is ready for, your session may support:

Releasing stored emotional or energetic tension

Restoring coherence and harmony within your energy field

Regulating an overwhelmed or overextended nervous system

Reconnecting you to your soul's natural rhythm and guidance

Awakening greater clarity, purpose and vitality

After your session, I share the energetic shifts and intuitive insights that arose, to support integration.

A short follow-up call a few days later offers space for reflection and any questions.

Sessions are held in a calm, private studio. While a single session provides stress relief, spacing a few treatments is recommended initially to evaluate how the practice benefits you personally. This builds on the previous treatment and allows your nervous system to reset.
